Shipping

Currently we only ship within the Continental United States but hope to be expanding to Canada, Mexico and overseas shortly.  As we are working  through some changes within out shipping process, presently the only shipping option available is UPS Ground. We will be providing alternative options in the near future.

Returns

As stated on our “Home Page”, we will gladly accept returns and require that you notify us of your intentions to return the product within 7 business of receiving the product. Please provide a reason for the return, even if it is as simple as you not liking the product or it did not meet your expectations.

We will cover the return shipping:

1)  If you have received an incorrect item or

2)  It arrives damaged or defective. 

A return shipping address will be provided to you.  In some cases the product may not be returned to its location of origin.

We HIGHLY encourage insuring returns, particularly the more expensive products.  We are not be responsible for products lost  the return shipping process.

Exchanges

We will give you up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange the product or to receive store credit for future purchases.  The same rules apply as stated in "Returns" above.

Privacy

No personal information provided during the course of business will be sold or given to any other organization or entity. Financial information required for transactions takes place exclusively on PayPal's web site for your additional security.

Terms of Use Agreement

Seller does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry the item or items offered above according to federal, state, or local laws. The buyer warrants and certifies that he or she is of legal age to purchase the item or items offered above and is under no legal disability. A person buying the item or items above warrants and certifies that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring the item or items above under law.

Certification of Compliance

By making an offer on this item the buyer is certifying the following: he or she is legally allowed to purchase and possess this item; and that there are no applicable Federal, State or local laws prohibiting their purchase or possession of this item.  By participating in this transaction the buyer certifies that it is legal for them to receive and possess this item at their established shipping address of record.
